That changes the cleaning equation. Abrasive pads scratch the glass, and acidic or alkaline cleaners etch exposed surfaces and damage exposed low-e coatings — standard household products aren't formulated for the kind of glass Toll Brothers installed here. We use non-abrasive pads, neutral pH chemistry, and deionized water rinses that protect coatings and warranty terms.
PBG hard water (317 ppm) is the most persistent glass problem here. Those mineral stains bond to the surface and etch it permanently if left untreated — quarterly cleaning stays ahead of it. We include screens, tracks, and frames with every service, and pool cage cleaning is available.
