PGA National is one of South Florida's most recognized golf-club communities. Five championship courses (the Champion Course hosted the Honda Classic for nearly two decades), a resort hotel, and over 5,000 homes across 46 distinct neighborhoods. We service every one of them.
The challenge with PGA National isn't location, it's variety. The community has been growing since the early 1980s, which means glass varies dramatically by section. Original villas have single-pane glass that needs gentle handling. Mid-era construction uses double-pane low-e units that require coating-safe chemistry. Newer estates have impact-rated hurricane glass with the latest coatings. Our crews identify the glass type before they touch it and adjust accordingly.
We're as comfortable on a fifth-floor condo balcony in Monterey Pointe as we are on a custom estate driveway in Marlwood. Water-fed pole systems handle upper floors and pool enclosures. Deionized water rinses leave no spotting on dark frames or coated glass. Tracks and frames are detailed with every service because dirty tracks recontaminate the glass on the next rain.
The PGA Property Owners Association requires vendor approval documentation, and we provide all paperwork on request. $2M general liability (Berkley Specialty), workers compensation (Travelers), and background checks on every crew member.
Most PGA National residents schedule recurring service: monthly for condos along the courses, every 6 to 8 weeks for homes during pollen season, quarterly otherwise. Call or text Dan directly: (772) 202-3325.
